Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance. This pivotal role combines marketing expertise with exceptional sales skills to drive user acquisition, build strong relationships, and accelerate growth for JUREB. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of closing deals, expanding our customer base, and leveraging networks to maximize opportunities. As the first hire for this role, the Marketing and Sales Specialist will have the unique opportunity to shape our sales strategy and drive our expansion efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote JUREB and drive user acquisition.
  2. Utilize both physical and digital marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences and generate leads.
  3. Actively engage with prospective customers to conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of JUREB.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  5. Identify and leverage existing networks, attending events and conferences to expand brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
  6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate engaging content and promotional materials, aligning messaging with sales objectives.
  7. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  8. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback, contributing to product enhancements and improvements.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for JUREB, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  10. Mentor and support junior team members as the sales team expands.

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to leverage various channels to generate leads and drive conversions.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and a willingness to take initiative.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  8. Previous experience in B2B software sales or marketing is a plus.
  9. Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
  10. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion.

 

Additional Details

  • This is a contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
  • Candidates must be able to prove their skillset and contribution to be considered for permanent placement.
  • In addition to a competitive salary, the candidate will earn commissions based on sales performance.
